Educational Background:

I hold a BS in  English Education from State University of NY at Oneonta, an MA in English Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a Ph.D. in English Education from The University of Texas at Austin.

 

Field Experience:

I was the co-founder of an educational technology start-up called The Daedalus Group, Inc. I  collaborated on creating business, marketing, and product development plans, internal corporate documentation (SOPs), external user documentation, marketing communications, first gen email marketing, contracts and negotiations communications, instructional design, and training materials

 

Before coming to ACC, I was a Director for Research, Innovation, and Strategic Partnerships The University of Texas at Austin, Continuing Education Division. I produced various reports to various constituencies in various modes, business model and strategic planning documentation, promotional materials as well as facilitated contract development and negotiations.

 

Something Fun About Me:

I am a family genealogist. I create Google Maps capturing ancestors’ addresses, maps I then use to lead family field trips around NYC and environs to see the city how the ancestors might have seen it.
