Educational Background:

I’m a Horned Frog through and though. I have Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Writing and Rheroric from Texas Christian University.

 

Field Experience:

Through my company, Mann and Associates, and as a full-time employee, I’ve worked for numerous nonprofits helping them develop fundraising plans. My experience also includes ghost writing medical journal articles with physicians. I managed a team of 11 enthusiastic employees at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in creating events and proposals to help fund a north Texas hospital and physician residency program. I’ve also freelanced with the pharmaceutical companies Medicis and Pfizer.

Something Fun About Me:

I love to cook–especially creating recipes on the fly; I used to be a gonzo bird watcher (I once flew to Arizona to see one particular bird, the Elegant Trogon; I never saw it! Doh!!); a couple of decades/lifetimes ago, I was once a professional juggler.
