The Self Service system will allow you to plan these classes, but they are restricted so you will not be able to register for them. Please read course notes carefully while looking at the schedule. IF these courses do not fill with PTECH students, the remaining seats will be opened to general registration starting Monday, June 24. You can attempt to register for these courses on that date.

Graphic Design Students: Do NOT register for Visual Design

Graphic Design students who are eligible should take ARTC 1379: Design for Screens. This class teaches students about designing for websites, and digital media. Visual Design students who are eligible should take UXUI 1371: Visual Design. This class teaches students about user interface, interaction, and variable content, amongst other things. The Visual Design class is geared specifically to you!

Should I take Internship or Design Studio 2?

Graphic Design and Visual Design students can choose between taking either IMED-2388 Internship or ARTC-2377 Design Studio 2. Both courses are excellent options for gaining professional experience, working with clients, and building your portfolio.
