This one-of-a-kind ensemble focuses on contemporary classical music both student and current living composer generated. The group presents two concerts each season, with a focus on music from the past twenty years.

Since its recent inception, the ensemble has welcome guest artists such as Andrea Clearfield, Evan Blaché, and Dr. Stanley Friedman who have presented on their works and given master classes to the students in the composition division.
