How can I tell if I’m eligible for the $10 per semester discounted rate?

You can check your eligibility based on your course enrollments for the current semester. In the course description, there will be a note indicating that the class qualifies for the discounted rate of $10 per semester.

If your class doesn’t qualify for the $10 reduced price, then you will still be eligible for a $50 flat rate for the semester. This $50 price is still a better deal than what Adobe offers as their standard, $20/month student price.

I’m not receiving the $10 price even though I should be, what can I do?

I’m not receiving the full Adobe suite or I am getting trials instead of full versions of the software. What can I do?

Log out of Adobe Creative Cloud. When you go to log back in, ensure that you first input your ACC email address. This should prompt you to choose either a Personal or an Enterprise/School account. Be sure to choose the Enterprise/School option, otherwise you will not get full access to the Adobe suite.

There isn’t an option for me to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud even though I was able to log-in to the Kivuto webstore and purchasing page. What can I do?
