Book a Studio
Instructions: Please read before booking sessions.
- Confirm you have read, understand, and signed the Studio Use Agreement, including the token system restricting the number of hours you can book in Studios A-C. Check the Studio Descriptions table below to see which studio is appropriate for your session, and which courses permit access to each studio.
- Determine which studio you want to book below.
- Check studio Hours and check the calendar below to view availability for your preferred date and time.
- Request a studio using the form below (you will receive an automated message confirming your request was sent)
- Wait for an email confirming your booking.
- Important: Double check the calendar to confirm your session has been added. The studio is not booked until it is on the calendar.
- Check in with lab monitors before your session.
Drop ins are welcome. Check the calendar and please remember to bring your ACC ID.
Please submit weekend requests by Friday 12:30pm!
