Email: caroline.reck@austincc.edu<\/a><\/p>\n Caroline Reck\u00a0<\/strong>trained\u00a0in Movement with June Kemp of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, and with the mime Thomas Leabhart in the Decroux mime style. She is\u00a0a graduate of Ecole Internationale de Theatre, Jacques Lecoq in France and has an MFA in Theatre for Self-Producing Artists from Towson University in Baltimore.\u00a0 She currently teaches Theatre Movement to the BFA Acting students at St. Edwards University.\u00a0 In addition to being a Movement teacher and physical theatre practitioner, she is a professional puppeteer and teaches workshops in puppetry locally (UT Austin and ACC), nationally (The O\u2019Neill Theatre Center) and internationally (Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine, FRA). Caroline\u00a0is a Co-Artistic Director of\u00a0Glass Half Full Theatre<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0an Austin-based company\u00a0known for visual storytelling through innovative puppetry forms, detailed physical theatre narratives, and multilingual performances.\u00a0She has received local awards from the B. Iden Payne and Austin Critics Table for Acting, Directing, Writing, Design, and Puppetry.<\/p>\n
