Every day, we communicate with families, friends, colleagues, and even strangers. Communication is life! Having strong communication skills helps in all aspects of life \u2013 from professional life to personal life and everything in between.<\/p>\n<h3>Most Important Skill for People Entering the Workforce<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Communication skills are becoming increasingly important for career progression, as executives look to promote people who can persuade, influence, and inspire their teams, clients, and customers. In a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dataset<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> collated by Harvard Business Review, over\u00a0 300,000 respondents were asked to rank their most important executive skills.\u00a0 Regardless of the management level, the ability to \u2018inspire and motivate others\u2019, and\u00a0 \u2018communicate powerfully and prolifically\u2019 was in the top 5 leadership skills needed. The\u00a0 LinkedIn APAC Future of Skills 2019 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Report<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> reveals similar findings. As AI and automation become prevalent, communication skills are becoming more valuable. Your technical skills will only take you so far in your career. If you want to be seen as a\u00a0 (future) leader, being a skilled communicator is critical.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Better Communicators Have Better Personal Relationships<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Communication is the foundation of all human relationships.
