{"id":1169,"date":"2021-09-28T20:21:45","date_gmt":"2021-09-28T20:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admc.austincc.edu\/art\/?page_id=1169"},"modified":"2023-02-17T13:21:10","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T13:21:10","slug":"scholarships","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/admc.austincc.edu\/art\/scholarships\/","title":{"rendered":"Scholarships"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stephen Kramer Endowed Scholarship<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong>:<br \/>\nTo assist students enrolled in the ACC Fine Arts program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Majoring in Art at ACC.<\/li>\n<li>Overall GPA of 2.75.<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment in and successful completion of a minimum of 9 hours per semester while on scholarship.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a completion rate of at least 70% on attempted coursework at ACC.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate financial need as determined by the ACC financial aid office.<\/li>\n<li>Submit a letter of recommendation from a recent art instructor.<\/li>\n<li>Submit up to ten hard copy photographs, digital images, or original works in a portfolio. Slides may be submitted but other methods are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, complete the ACC General Scholarship Application and return it, with all required attachments, to the ACC Art Department, Rio Grande Campus, 1212 Rio Grande, Austin, TX 78701.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms of Scholarship:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of awards and the dollar amount will be based on the funds available.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a 2.75 GPA overall while on scholarship.<\/li>\n<li>Enroll and complete a minimum of nine hours each semester.<\/li>\n<li>Scholarship applies to tuition, fees, books, and art supplies only.<\/li>\n<li>May only be used toward a degree or certificate in Fine Arts at ACC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/austincc.academicworks.com\/opportunities\/5973\">Click here<\/a> to learn more about the Stephen Kramer Endowed Scholarship.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stephen Kramer Endowed Scholarship Purpose: To assist students enrolled in the ACC Fine Arts program.
